Silage Film
In the agriculture industry ,polyethylene film is
used mainly for the production and storage of winter fodder for
cattle. There are three main applications:

Ensiling .
-
Covering clamps.
Whether the ensiling takes place in clamp or pit , in silage bags or
in round bales wrapped in stretch film, Hyma Plastic Co. has a
range of products to meet the demands for excellent mechanical and
chemical properties and light stabilization against degradation.
Film used for straw conservation whether used as covers for stacks,
or in "sausage" style tubes wrapping several bales at once.
Again meets the demands for this particular application.
For these applications, our experience has shown that heavy duty
films. in excess of 120 micron thickness with black color are
recommended .
