HDPE Hyma - Pipes
Hyma – pipe is a
new generation of Hyma group
products . It has specialized in producing high density
polyethylene
pipes with diameters 32mm up to 315 mm for the time being (our
target is producing up to 1600 mm diameter)
and working pressure the exceed 16 bars according
to German standard DIN 8074 and Egyptian standard ES 1832.
As these pipes are used mainly as pressure pipes
in drinking water networks an natural gas networks , they are
therefore produced under severe quality control ,beginning from
raw material to process control and final product.
Advantage of high density polyethylene pipes :
1- The polyethylene has no negative effect on
health ; never effect taste , color or smell of drinking water
flowing inside.
2- Non-corrosive or rusting and resisting to
different chemicals and gases.
3- High mechanical strength , applicable for wide
rage of working pressure (up to 32 bar)
4- Light weight , therefore easy to handle with ,
also easy to be bend in curves and minimizing transportation cost.
5- Can be produced in coils up to 110 m diameter
, therefore cutting down jointing cost.
6- Internal smooth surface as smooth as mirror
reducing so friction losses and preventing percipitation of salts or moss
formation .
7- High resistance for different weathering
conditions.
8- Durable for up to 50 years of service.
